We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Content Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging social media content and strategies, understanding customer use cases to develop public content, monitoring digital Ads and taking ownership of various marketing modules to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Social Media Content:
    • Develop and execute innovative social media content to enhance audience engagement and grow our online presence.
    • Create content and come up with strategies to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.
  • Understand Customer Use Cases and Create Content:
    • Develop and produce high-quality content for public pages, showcasing customer success and the value of our products/services.
    • Ensure content is relevant, informative, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor Digital Ads:
    • Oversee all digital Ads running within the marketing team.
    • Track and analyze ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Ensure ad content is consistent with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Take Ownership of Marketing Modules:
    • Manage various marketing modules and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
    • Identify areas for improvement and generate tickets to address these opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and drive marketing efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation
  • Strong understanding of customer use cases and ability to translate them into compelling content.
  • Ability to take ownership of multiple tasks and work with cross functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
