We are seeking an Associate Marketing Director to contribute to elevating the Transparent brand, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and expand our reach in the global premium audio market.

Position Overview

The Associate Marketing Director plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing Transparent Audio’s marketing strategy. This position, under the guidance of the Marketing Director, will support brand development, product storytelling, digital engagement, and partner communications to strengthen our position in the high-end audio community. The ideal candidate blends creative vision with strong analytical skills and a passion for music, product excellence, and luxury consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Strategy

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and refine brand strategy, messaging, and positioning across global markets.
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity across all internal and external communications.
  • Identify growth opportunities in new and existing customer segments within the high-performance audio space.

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website content, email campaigns, social media, and SEO/SEM.
  • Lead the development of product videos, photography, storytelling pieces, and educational content in collaboration with team members, including the Art Director and other creative partners.
  • Manage the content calendar to support product launches, dealer engagement, and brand campaigns.

Product Marketing

  • Develop launch strategies and supporting materials for new products, including brochures, product sheets, and digital assets.
  • Work closely with design and sales teams to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits.
  • Monitor competitive trends and provide insights that inform product positioning.

Dealer & Partner Support

  • Create marketing tools and resources for dealers, distributors, and partners.
  • Coordinate promotional programs, dealer training materials, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent brand presentation across partner channels.

Events & Community Engagement

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, dealer events, listening sessions, and consumer experiences.
  • Cultivate relationships within the audiophile, music, and luxury-tech communities to expand brand advocacy.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Track marketing performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and external vendor relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury goods, consumer electronics, audio, or related industries.
  • Strong digital marketing and content development experience.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to translate technical product information into engaging customer messaging.
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms (CRM, email automation, social media tools, analytics).
  • Experience managing creative partners, agencies, or freelancers.
  • Passion for music, audio technology, and high-end consumer experiences.
