Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in Private Practice

LifeBloom Therapy is a growing, private pay group practice seeking a self-motivated, thoughtful Associate Therapist (AMFT or ASW) who is interested in building a meaningful caseload within a supportive, values-driven environment.

This position is best suited for associates who are ambitious about their clinical growth, comfortable taking ownership of their caseload development, and aligned with private pay work. Associates who already have referral sources or potential clients are especially encouraged to apply.

The Role

• W-2 remote position
• Starting pay: $45/hour, with opportunities to increase up to $70/hour as your caseload grows
• Weekly virtual supervision (individual/triadic, and quarterly group consultations)
• Fully remote client sessions
• Signed hours toward licensure

This role is ideal for associates who are ready to be active participants in building their practice, rather than waiting for a full caseload to be handed to them.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop thoughtful, ethical treatment plans
• Participate in weekly supervision with openness and engagement
• Build and maintain a caseload through self-marketing and relationship-based referrals
• Consistently grow caseload by approximately 1–2 clients per month

Who We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Active AMFT or ASW registration number
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical integrity
• Comfortable working in a private pay setting
• Self-directed, reliable, and motivated to grow
• Relational, warm, and invested in providing high-quality care

Pay: $45.00 - $70.00 per hour
