Associate – Media & Communication

Role Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning : Support the development of MMG’s corporate strategy and long-term growth roadmap.
• Supports Head of vertical for executing the vision set for MMG through various initiatives.
• Growth Initiatives : Evaluate and drive organic and inorganic growth opportunities across MMG’s portfolio.
• M&A Support : Assist in identifying, analysing, and executing potential M&A transactions and strategic partnerships.
• Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Conduct market and industry research to inform decision-making and identify strategic trends.
• Financial Modelling : Build and maintain financial models to assess investment opportunities and support valuation work.
• Portfolio Management : Collaborate with operating companies to monitor performance and support strategic alignment.
• Presentation Development : Prepare board materials, investment memos, and executive presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with senior leadership and teams across investment, operations, and marketing.

Required skills & Qualifications:

• 5–6 years of relevant experience, ideally from a top consultancy or investment bank, with exposure to institutional investors
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Exposure to the media, advertising, or tech sectors is a strong advantage.

Additional information:

• In-person presence, in Abu Dhabi, is required.
• Travel may be required as and when needed
