Role Summary

We’re looking for an Associate Media Director to lead strategic media planning and execution across key client portfolios. You’ll combine analytical depth with creative thinking to deliver integrated media solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead media strategy development and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Oversee multi-channel planning and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated communication strategies.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted senior advisor.
• Supervise and mentor planners and managers, ensuring operational excellence.
• Contribute to new business pitches and agency thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in media planning and strategy.
• Strong understanding of cross-channel media ecosystems and measurement frameworks.
• Proven leadership in managing large clients and multi-market accounts.
• Analytical mindset with strong storytelling and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in media tools, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools.
