PathRight Medical is building its first dedicated sales team to expand the reach of our innovative men’s health medical devices across North America. We are looking for two driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals who want to help build something meaningful from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to join the founding sales team of a fast-growing medical device company and work directly with company leadership to shape how we bring our products to physicians and patients nationwide.

What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new physician relationships across urology, men’s health, and related specialties
- Introduce physicians to PathRight’s medical devices and educate practices on their clinical value
- Build and manage a pipeline of physician partnerships
- Drive adoption of PathRight devices through stocking accounts and physician referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding for medical practices
- Attend medical conferences and industry events
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine outreach strategies
- Help build the foundation for PathRight’s long-term sales organization

Compensation
- Base Salary: $35,000 - $45,000/year
- Commission & Bonus Structure: Currently being finalized and expected to launch later this year
- Early team members will be eligible for performance-based commission plans tied to physician partnerships and product adoption.
Work Environment
- Hybrid to start
- Fully in-office beginning June 2026 (Orem, Utah)
Travel will be required for physician visits and conferences.
