Job Title: Associate Merchant, Men’s Apparel
About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Associate Merchant to support our men’s product merchandising. In this role, you’ll help shape seasonal offerings by analyzing sales trends, managing assortments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in driving product launches while balancing creative ideas with strong business insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Support seasonal assortment planning and line strategy using sales data, trends, and customer insights.
- Track and analyze sales performance; highlight opportunities and recommend adjustments.
- Partner with design, planning, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and launch.
- Maintain merchandising tools, including line trackers and product documentation.
- Help identify new product opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
- Participate in product review and selection processes.
- Monitor inventory and provide recommendations for replenishment or markdowns to optimize performance.
- Prepare materials for seasonal reviews and presentations.
- Ensure product data accuracy across internal systems.
- Keep up to date with market trends and consumer preferences.

Requirements
- 2+ years of merchandising or related experience
- Proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools
- Understanding of retail math concepts
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion and trend awareness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred
- Experience in men’s apparel
- Familiarity with open-to-buy or inventory planning concepts
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
