Operational support and coordination

Program Support & Coordination: Timely information dissemination, attending to queries, logistical coordination with vendors, other teams and external partners, and other forms of documentation support such as visa invite letters. Support the execution of domestic and international engagements, ensuring seamless coordination and smooth on-ground delivery.

Post-event management: Seeking participant feedback, updating and maintaining key contacts/distribution lists, raising invoices, payment follow-ups to ensure timely receipt of payments, and similar activities of an executional nature.

Finance Coordination: Post-event account closure, timely closure of vendor payments, reconciliation, maintaining MIS etc.

Delegation & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate incoming foreign delegations, including scheduling meetings, coordination with admin, serve as a point of contact for delegates, ensuring clarity of communication, logistical readiness, and aligned expectations.

Provide operational and administrative support for bilateral engagements, business missions, and high-level visits.
Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience

Education Qualification: Bachelor's/Post-Graduation from a reputed university.

Experience: 3-5 years relevant experience in execution/support/operations role/association background preferred.

Preferably from an association background.
