As NorthWing Digital continues to grow and take on exciting new challenges for our clients, we are thrilled to announce a new opportunity on our Paid Ads team: Associate Paid Ads Specialist. This role is designed for a highly motivated and curious individual who is ready to start their career in paid digital media. The Associate Paid Ads Specialist will be instrumental in supporting our paid media strategies, driving client success, and learning from our talented team of Paid Ads Specialists. This is a chance to build a strong foundation in digital advertising and have a significant impact on our clients' results.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and numbers’ skills, a passion for the digital media space, a background in data analysis or marketing and the ability for both guided and self-guided learning. Experience with Google or Meta advertising and digital marketing analytics is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Support Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, assist with ad copywriting, and learn campaign setup to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Help implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies under the guidance of senior team members.

Collaborate, Learn, & Grow:

  • Provide support to teammates and actively contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • Organize workflow to ensure all client deliverables are met with high quality and timeliness.
  • Work closely with the Paid Ads Lead and Specialists to solve campaign challenges and develop your problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with our SEO, Content, and Web teams to help deliver integrated and impactful client campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Assist in Performance Analytics & Reporting:

  • Support our reporting framework, ensuring we are telling a clear story about the value we deliver.
  • Analyze and monitor campaign performance, learning to make data-driven adjustments to optimize results and drive performance forward for our clients

Qualifications & Core Competencies

  • Passion for Paid Digital Ads: A foundational understanding of paid digital ads principles. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 0-2 years of experience or relevant internships.
  • Eagerness to Learn: A natural ability to seek guidance and support. You are the person who asks questions and actively seeks feedback to grow.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with a passion for creative problem-solving. Proven ability to manage tasks and communicate effectively.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and an interest in using data to inform strategy and achieve outstanding results.
  • Platform Familiarity: Basic knowledge of, or high interest in learning, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms relevant to NWD and our clients.
  • Commitment to Our Culture: A passion and champion for our culture and cultivating that culture within the team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
