- Communicating and coordinating with patient and the doctors.
- Managing calls and customer queries.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve 10/10 satisfaction rate.
- Error free billing (OP & IP) to be maintained.
- Build sustainable relationship and trust with customer
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions.
- Follow communication procedures, SOP*s guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- To carry out any other task assigned by higher authority.
- Sending daily/weekly/monthly reports as specified by department head.
