At Salem Pediatric Dental & Orthodontic Associates, we believe pediatric dentistry should be joyful — for our patients and for our doctors.

We are looking for a kind, compassionate Pediatric Dentist who wants more than just a job. We are offering a long-term professional home where you can grow, feel supported, and truly enjoy coming to work each day. New graduates, experienced Pediatric Dentists and everyone in between are welcome to apply. Salary based on collections.

Why This Is a Special OpportunityA True “Quality of Life” Practice

We are intentionally structured to protect your time, energy, and passion for dentistry.

No evenings

No weekends

Thoughtfully paced schedules

A supportive team

A culture that values excellence over volume

You will not be pushed to exhaustion or measured solely by production. We believe great care happens when doctors are balanced and fulfilled.

Built-In Mentorship

You will work side-by-side with a pediatric dentist who brings 20+ years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for teaching.

Whether you’re refining your behavior management skills, treatment planning, or clinical efficiency, you’ll have daily access to guidance, collaboration, and encouragement.

This is an especially wonderful environment for a new graduate who wants to build confidence in a supportive setting.
