We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, is passionate about advocating for injured clients, and is eager to manage a robust caseload while developing litigation skills and growing professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle personal injury cases from inception through trial, including client intake, case investigation, and legal strategy development.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest level of client service and case outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior attorneys as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 2+ years of litigation and/or trial experience preferred.
• Strong courtroom presence and excellent negotiation skills.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Commitment to providing outstanding client service and delivering results.
