Associate Photographer for Events and Behind the Scenes

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Associate Photographer specializing in Events and Behind the Scenes coverage to join our creative team. In this role, you will capture vibrant moments during live events, document behind-the-scenes activities, and produce compelling visual content that showcases our brand’s energy and authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photographs during live events, including candid shots, group photos, and key moments that highlight the event’s atmosphere.
• Document behind-the-scenes activities, providing authentic insights into the event production process.
• Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and other software to ensure vibrant colors and sharp details.
• Produce short videos or clips utilizing DaVinci for social media, promotional materials, or internal use.
• Manage color accuracy through effective color management techniques to maintain consistency across all visual content.
• Collaborate with the creative team on art direction to align imagery with brand standards and project goals.
• Assist in organizing and archiving photo and video assets for easy retrieval and future use.
• Support social media management by providing engaging visual content that boosts audience interaction and brand visibility.

Skills

• Proficiency in photography techniques including composition, lighting, and photo manipulation.
• Knowledge and proficiency of Off-Camera Flash and navigating it while in fast pace event situations
• Strong experience with post-production editing using Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Evoto, etc.
• Knowledge of videography tools such as DaVinci for filming and editing videos.
• Understanding of color theory and color management to ensure consistent visual quality across platforms.
• Ability to film high-quality footage with attention to framing, focus, and audio quality when applicable.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing large volumes of visual assets efficiently.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and articulate creative ideas clearly.
• Passion for storytelling through photography and videography combined with a keen eye for detail.
