Responsibilities

  • Help the customer lifecycle management team in designing retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Prioritise backlogs while keeping an eye on key business requirements.
  • Work with product managers of respective platforms in executing marketing requirements.
  • Help business teams with data analytics and reporting.
  • Work closely with the delivery and engineering teams to help them with marketing tech tools.
  • Manage the integration processes to third-party marketing tools and first-party mobile and web apps, and collect relevant data to a centralised data hub.
  • Be part of a team effort to drive conversion and engagement up using data-driven decisions, including A/B testing, metric analysis and data correlation.
  • Own and maintain the Jira ticket backlog, managing ticket quality, making sure developers can perform the work using those tickets and following ticket status from start to finish to ensure the right things are being worked on
  • Help determine which metrics and parameters we need to track and how we are going to track those throughout our websites, landing pages and Android/iOS apps.
  • Empower marketing teams, including customer lifecycle management, customer support and performance marketing by translating their business requirements to actual deliveries by collaborating with the engineering team.
  • Ensure the data correctness from different sources of data banks.
  • Executing business team requirements into technical specifications and collaborating with product managers of respective platforms to deliver the tasks.
  • Timely release of projects.
  • Ensuring a healthy retention rate by working closely with the customer lifecycle management team.
  • Reduce ROI on different customer acquisition channels

Requirements

  • BTech in Computer Science.
  • MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
  • Past experience with Data Analytics.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with implementing new marketing tools and capabilities.
  • Sound understanding of technology.
  • Excellent documentation skills in writing crisp PRDs.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience in Customer Life Cycle Management tools.
