Associate Product Manager

CashNow is a Supply Chain Finance Fintech designed to provide access to finance for SMEs. Leveraging cutting-edge technology, CashNow enables businesses to seamlessly obtain short-term loans against approved invoices, helping them address immediate financial needs without the hassle of traditional banking processes.

As an Associate Product Manager with a focus on design, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to drive the development and enhancement of our products. You will be responsible for supporting the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring that user-centered design principles are integrated into all aspects of product development.

Key Responsibilities

- User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that align with product goals and enhance user satisfaction.

- Product Development: Assist in defining product vision and roadmap. Support the Product Manager in prioritizing features and requirements based on user feedback and business objectives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines. Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and drive progress.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance post-launch using analytics tools. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform future product iterations.

- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of product specifications, user stories, and design requirements to ensure clarity and transparency across teams.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in product management, UX/UI design, or a related field. Experience with product development processes is a plus.

- Skills:

- Strong understanding of design principles and user-centered design methodologies.

- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data analysis and user testing methodologies.

- Familiarity with coding or technical specifications is a plus.
