Mid Level Product Manager – Data / Innovation (Healthcare)

We’re partnered with a leading US healthcare organisation currently undergoing a major data platform transformation. As part of this, they’re building out a dedicated innovation hub and are looking for a Product Manager to help define and deliver new, data-driven products.

This is a greenfield opportunity. The focus is on building new solutions, not maintaining legacy systems.

What you’ll be working on:

• Defining product requirements and partnering closely with engineering

• Bridging business, data, and technical teams

• Owning backlog prioritisation and driving delivery

• Supporting the launch of new data-led products

Environment:

• AWS data platform (S3, Redshift, Glue)

• Agile, cross-functional teams

• Data-rich products (claims, pharmacy, eligibility)

• Fast-paced, low-bureaucracy setup

What they’re looking for:

• 2+ Years Product Manager experience in fast-moving environments (startup / scale-up preferred)

• Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams

• Experience working on data or platform-led products is a plus

• Comfortable operating with autonomy and pace
