Associate Product Manager Consultant – Finance

Job Summary

MaksaSoft is seeking a highly motivated Associate Product Manager Consultant (Finance) to support the development and management of finance-focused products and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine financial knowledge with product management skills to drive product improvements, analyze business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business and financial requirements.
• Assist in product planning, roadmap development, and feature prioritization.
• Create user stories, product specifications, and documentation.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Work closely with development, design, and business teams.
• Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.

Requirements

• MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
