Associate Product Manager
Position Overview
Associate Product Manager will support the development and execution of new products that drive business growth. Work closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to conduct market research and assist in bringing innovative products to market.
Key Skills
- Provide creative input into design and development of new products.
- Copywriting, product testing and packaging briefs for consumer products in a variety of categories; including cleaning, beauty, barware, grocery and household, etc.
- Work with teams including design, engineering, sales, and operations to support new product development launches.
- Maintain product documentation, track project timelines, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in product management processes.
- Familiarity with customer research and data analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights gathering to make informed product decisions.
- Collaborate with graphics team to maintain a consistent brand voice and message to create high-quality designs.
- Pro-actively start and finish projects to meet challenging deadlines within the Wrike PM system.
- Assist with customer meetings by prepping presentations and mock-up samples.
- Sample management and product development tracking.
- Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
- Complete understanding of product lifecycle, user experience, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to interpret data and provide insights to support product decisions.
Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
