Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager with a strong background in Computer Science and Related Engineering area who will learn and grow with the team and company.

You will collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, and customer success to define product vision, drive feature prioritization, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions in the warehouse management, order management, labor efficiency and warehouse automation area.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the product strategy and roadmap for WMS/OMS platforms
• Deliver Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with prioritized features and clear business justification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, business, operations) to translate requirements into actionable development goals
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and interdepartmental coordination
• Work with Managers to lead quarterly product planning and feature prioritization sessions
• Ensure all products align with business goals and deliver measurable customer value

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience with Product Management, and/or UI/UX
• Computer Science and related engineering background
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in warehouse and operation space
• Experience in 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics operations a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
