We are seeking motivated, coachable Associate Professionals to support individuals receiving services through the NC Innovations Waiver and 1915(i) programs.
This is a structured, supervised role for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in a human or social services field who are eager to build clinical competency in IDD service delivery, data tracking, and goal-based support.
All services are provided under the supervision of a Qualified Professional (QP) in accordance with Medicaid waiver requirements.
Core Responsibilities
- Implement individualized habilitation plans
- Collect, track, and report service data and outcomes
- Support skill acquisition and behavioral objectives
- Complete documentation aligned with Innovations and 1915(i) requirements
- Assist with goal development and refinement under QP supervision
- Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration and supervision
- Provide occasional direct care shift coverage to support service continuity and real-time program experience
Goal Development & Data Work
This role includes active participation in goal development support and data analysis, including:
- Translating service plans into measurable, data-driven objectives
- Tracking progress and identifying trends in client outcomes
- Supporting updates to goals based on data and supervisory direction
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all service activities
This position is well-suited for individuals who are motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with structured data systems and documentation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to pass background checks and screenings
- Strong communication and documentation skills
