What You Will Do

· Teach UG, PG, and Ph.D. students in your subject

· Do meaningful research and publish your work

· Guide and mentor research scholars and students

· Help design courses and bring new ideas in teaching

· Take part in seminars, conferences, and academic activities

· Support university quality, accreditation, and academic growth

Eligibility Requirements

• Ph.D. in the Education, Political Science, Law, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. (mandatory)
• Master's degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade; 5% relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PWD candidates)
• Minimum 8 years of teaching and/or research experience in academic/research positions
• Minimum 8 research publications in peer-reviewed journals, or authored/edited books from reputed publishers
• Prior Ph.D. guidance is desirable
• Fulfillment of Academic Performance Indicator (API) requirements

International faculty, industry professionals with research experience, and interdisciplinary researchers are encouraged to apply.

Important Note: In case of any variation between the eligibility criteria mentioned above and UGC (Minimum Qualifications for Appointment and Promotion of Teachers and Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges) Regulations, the UGC regulations shall prevail and be considered final.
