This is an entry-level role designed for a recent college graduate interested in project management, healthcare technology, and business operations. You will work closely with Project Managers to support real-world hospital technology deployment projects while developing hands-on project management experience. This position focuses on organization, communication, and coordination rather than technical installation work.

Redmond, WA (Primary office-based collaboration with occasional customer site visits).

$65,000 - $75,000 annually

3. Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with healthcare technology implementation projects.

Help maintain project schedules, timelines, action item trackers, and project documentation.

Coordinate communication between hospitals, internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, etc.), and third-party installation partners.

Assist with project kickoff meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting notes, and status updates.

Support equipment shipment tracking and installation readiness coordination.

Identify and escalate project delays, scheduling conflicts, or open issues to the appropriate internal team.
4. Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree completed or expected.

Experience:
0-2 years of professional experience (No prior project management experience required).

Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Ability to learn scheduling and project management tools.

Preferred Experience (Plus but not required):
Internship experience, academic/capstone project experience, student leadership, customer service, or familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Teams, CRM, or ERP.
