Job purpose:
The Associate Project Manager supports daily project operations by managing tasks, ensuring quality, and maintaining client communication.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Task Management: Accept, run, and submit tasks daily, ensuring adherence to project timelines and client expectations
Project Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality assurance by coordinating with linguists and promptly addressing feedback to maintain high-quality deliverables.
Project and Documentation Management: Create new projects in the project management system (Raspberry) as required.
Manage and close purchase orders (POs) for each submitted task to ensure proper documentation and billing.
Client Communication: Respond to client emails promptly, ensuring efficient communication.
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in Translation/Localization Project Management
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life cycle to clients.
Organizational and leadership skills.
Proven abilities in project planning, resource, and risk management.
Problem-solving abilities.
Quality and detail-oriented.
Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.

Working Days: 5 Working Days
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 A.M 7:00 P.M
