Associate Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Associate Manager who can bridge the gap between management and execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of ownership, great communication skills, and the ability to get things done efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional team culture.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA
• B.tech
• MCA
• BCA
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Experience Required: Atleast should be 1 to 2 years of experience of working in cooperates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress and remove blockers proactively.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Motivate and guide team members to meet company goals.
• Manages other roles in the team
• Contribute to planning, process improvement, and reporting.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Strong management and organizational abilities.
• Confident, presentable, and proactive personality.
• Ability to drive accountability and follow through on commitments.
• Previous experience in software project coordination or team management is preferred.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
