US Marketing works with clients across the Rx, Medical Device, OTC and Consumer Device categories to deliver compelling communications and promotional solutions to Healthcare Professionals for in-market assets.

Lucid Consulting brings depth of expertise in the research, development and commercialisation of solutions across therapeutic areas and modalities by streamlining product development, building operational capabilities, innovating, and supporting execution to create value for patients, clients and shareholders.
US MedComms works with both US and Global brand teams to create powerful medical communications solutions for early lifecycle assets.
Job Summary
We're looking for an Associate Project Manager with 2+ years of creative agency experience to join our team. In this role, you'll partner closely with internal team members and support the day-day management of projects across digital and print, helping ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with client and internal processes. This role would help support clients in the consumer device space.

Responsibilities
Supports the development and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), timelines, and resource plans under the guidance of senior project managers
Assists with client invoicing and monthly revenue calculation processes in partnership with the project management team
Prepares and coordinates materials for client and medical/legal review for assigned projects
Helps identify project risks and collaborates with the project management team to recommend mitigation approaches
Reviews and understands creative briefs, ensuring alignment with timelines, scopes, and budgets
Traffics work efficiently through all phases of a project lifecycle, escalating issues as needed
Monitors project status and maintains regular communication with internal teams, sharing updates and flagging risks
Assists with ongoing budget tracking for assigned projects and alerts senior team members to potential variances
In partnership with creative and account leads, supports the quality and accuracy of medical/legal submissions, ensuring adherence to client processes and requirements
Utilizes agency project management systems and workflow tools (e.g., Workamajig, Smartsheet, or similar) to maintain operational consistency and documentation
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within an agency or marketing environment
Exposure to multiple mediums including print, digital/interactive, and video
Experience in a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare environment is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities
Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn, with the ability to take direction and apply feedback
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workamajig, Smartsheet, MS Office, or similar systems)
