About the Opportunity
POS360 is seeking highly motivated, forward-thinking, and detail oriented individual to provide administrative and project support. As a Associate Project Management, you are a part of a dynamic team who work together on a multitude of projects, from marketing, sales, operations, and new product development.

What you’ll Do
As Associate Project Manager, you are responsible for supporting the Project Manager with project organization, development, and tracking with varied mix of topics and levels of complexity. This role will work closely with internal sales teams, marketing, software engineering, logistics, and client services to ensure project launches are successful.

A Associate Project Manager directly supports the development of the organization and is highly influential to the company’s overall growth. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.

The Day-to-Day

  • Collaborate with project managers and leadership to develop project timelines, workflows, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate, plan, and execute client-related events including logistics, vendor coordination, budgets, and on-site presence.
  • Exercise independent judgment in managing project milestones, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to meet deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including checklists, task assignments, reports, timelines, and wrap-up evaluations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign, track, and prioritize tasks to keep projects and events on time and within scope.
  • Support business development initiatives by assisting with project proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism in all client interactions, ensuring a positive representation of the organization.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned that support the success of the project team.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Administrative Assistant, Project Coordinator, Office Management, or similar function
  • Excellent written/oral communication
  • Expert using digital productivity tools such as Office 365, Jira, Canva, Slack, or similar software

Position is Full Time from our Westlake Village, CA office.
