Associate Project Manager - Hybrid

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to closure

• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Communicate project updates, action items, and risks to stakeholders

• Coordinate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams

• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status dashboards

• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and processes

• Support resource allocation and task prioritization

• Help identify process improvements and drive efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or project management

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
