The miles you’ve walked (Education and Work Experience)

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant Degree with around 3-5 years of thorough experience.
• Proficient in the operation of IT platforms with experience in driving functional change and release processes.
• Aware of sales processes or dealt with Account management/Business development.
• Have experience of using MS Dynamics 365, InDesign , SAP, ERP, Excel, Projects, as additional advantage.

• Ability to drive continuous improvements.
• Robust problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills and a drive to get things done.
• Enthusiasm for taking the lead in improving processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as in team.
• Is interested in working in an energetic environment, value engagement, and want to work with highly skilled colleagues
• Have very strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Are fluent in English, spoken and written.
