Associate QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure product quality
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to ensure consistent project execution
• Assist in designing and implementing tests for functionality, performance, and scalability
• Help maintain and improve QA processes and best practices

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in Software Quality Assurance (internships or academic projects are a plus)
• Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Postman, or JMeter
• Basic understanding of SQL and APIs
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a bonus
