Associate React/Node.js Backend Developer

Cloud Lab Private Ltd, based in Karachi, is looking for a talented Associate React/Node.js Backend Developer to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Build and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with MongoDB or MySQL.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Frontend Integration

• Work closely with the frontend team to integrate React.js components.
• Ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend services.

Testing & Debugging

• Write unit tests and troubleshoot issues in development and production.
• Maintain reliability through continuous testing and debugging.

Collaboration & Code Reviews

• Work with cross-functional teams on feature development.
• Participate in code reviews and follow version control best practices.

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, React.js, and Redux is required.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, MongoDB/MySQL, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha), and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and cloud platforms like AWS (optional).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Software Engineering, IT, etc.).

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Probation & Salary Structure

• The first 3 months will be a probation period with a monthly salary of Rs. 60,000/-.
• After successful completion—based on your manager’s feedback—your salary will increase by Rs. 10,000/-, bringing it to Rs. 70,000/- per month.
• After probation, your contract will continue for a 12-months term.
