Associate Real Estate Attorney

Responsibilities include representing buyers and/or sellers in residential purchases and refinance transactions, performing and reviewing title searches, conducting closings, document drafting, advising clients on various real estate matters, overseeing the closing process, communicating with title companies, lenders, real estate agents, etc when required.

Salary is commensurate with skill and experience. For the right candidate we are willing to hire and train an associate without prior real estate experience.

Qualifications:

NC Bar Required

1+ year experience preferred

Licensed to work in NC

Real estate transaction and/or loan closing experience preferred
