Cresset is actively seeking an Associate, Reporting Analyst to implement scalable client portfolio reporting to support alternative investments and complex ownership structures.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support for internal data reporting needs within the firm
  • Create and automate reports at the client's request to assist the client service team
  • Managing all the onboarding and reporting functions within our performance reporting system
  • Work with Advisor teams to answer any client questions related to performance or investments
  • Lead the management and maintenance of data integrity for performance reporting and other internal processes
  • Take initiative to identify and implement scalability & reporting process improvements

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Reporting Analyst may also be involved in supporting key initiatives and campaigns, ad hoc projects, and other efforts at both the advisor team and firm level. It is critical that Reporting Analyst be self-motivated, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and eager to foster and deepen relationships in order for Cresset to best serve its clients and continue to grow as successfully as it has since its inception.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Accounting or Economics degree preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services focused on reporting preferably in wealth management
  • Background with performance reporting and system integrations preferred
  • Experience with Addepar preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through and an ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player willing to contribute in a variety of ways to their advisor teams and broader Cresset team
  • High degree of professionalism and flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook

Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
