Role Overview:

This role is essential for leading a team of Project Managers, focusing on performance optimization to ensure equitable workload distribution and the timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, driving project success from initiation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of research projects, ensuring high-quality execution from study design to final reporting.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that address key business challenges.
  • Manage and develop a team of researchers, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence.
  • Partner with the Research Director to strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global Toluna teams to adopt best practices, implement innovative methodologies, and enhance solution offerings.
  • Contribute to organizational efficiency by streamlining processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills And Experience:

  • Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Approximately 8 years of experience in market research, preferably on the agency/supplier side.
  • Proven expertise in various research domains such as brand health tracking, U&As, Innovation, media effectiveness, Ad evaluation, CSAT.
  • Demonstrated experience in client servicing, strategic consulting, and insight delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data-driven findings to broader business strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
