Role Overview:
This role is essential for leading a team of Project Managers, focusing on performance optimization to ensure equitable workload distribution and the timely delivery of project milestones. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, driving project success from initiation through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of research projects, ensuring high-quality execution from study design to final reporting.

Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that address key business challenges.

Manage and develop a team of researchers, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and excellence.

Partner with the Research Director to strengthen client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and support new business initiatives.

Collaborate with global Toluna teams to adopt best practices, implement innovative methodologies, and enhance solution offerings.

Contribute to organizational efficiency by streamlining processes and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills And Experience:

Post-Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.

Approximately 8 years of experience in market research, preferably on the agency/supplier side.

Proven expertise in various research domains such as brand health tracking, U&As, Innovation, media effectiveness, Ad evaluation, CSAT.

Demonstrated experience in client servicing, strategic consulting, and insight delivery.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data-driven findings to broader business strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
