Reza Investment is seeking a motivated Research Associate to support the Research & Development Manager in the formulation, testing, and innovation of new products.

This role combines hands-on laboratory work, technical research, and compliance monitoring. You will play a key part in developing high-quality formulations , driving product innovation, and ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, stability, efficacy, and regulatory compliance .

Responsibilities

• Formulation Development : Develop, test, and optimize product formulations; troubleshoot formulation challenges during scale-up and production.
• Research & Innovation : Explore new ingredients, technologies, and market trends; benchmark competitor products for differentiation.
• Testing & Evaluation : Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance tests; analyze results and recommend improvements.
• Regulatory Compliance & Quality : Ensure compliance with local/international regulations; support audits with technical documentation.
• Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate lab records, logs, and prepare technical reports for stakeholders.
• Health, Safety & Environment : Follow best laboratory practices, chemical handling protocols, and maintain a safe, organized lab.
• Collaboration : Work closely with QA, Production, Regulatory, and Commercial teams, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.

Preferred Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Environmental Science, or related field
• Prior laboratory or R&D experience in formulation development is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of formulation principles, testing methodologies, and regulatory standards .
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams .
• Commitment to safety, quality, and innovation .
