QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : Bachelor's Degree in Science.
• Experience : 2–4 years of relevant post-college job experience.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in a range of specialized laboratory techniques, capable of searching scientific literature, and skilled with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Soft Skills : Good communication, meticulous attention to detail, coachable, and a proven ability and desire to learn.
• Preferred (Nice to Have) : Experience handling cytology specimens and preparing cytology slides using the Hologic T2000 or the Client Totalys
