About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate RPA Developer with strong experience in .NET development and hands-on expertise in RPA tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows to optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard RPA platforms.
• Work with .NET technologies to build, integrate, or enhance automation components.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and propose automation solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing automation workflows and ensure smooth execution.
• Document automation designs, technical specs, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and compliance guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to automation strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with .NET (C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core).
• Practical experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism (UiPath preferred).
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software development lifecycle.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
• Problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to Have

• UiPath/AA/Blue Prism certification.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and workflow automation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
