Position Summary:

As the Associate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will establish strong customer relationships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in technology sales and marketing, including experience in cold calling, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Execution:

· Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's business goals.

· Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customer segments.

· Maintain good number of leads and follow up rigourosly through the sales life cycle to achieve the targets.

· Ensure quarterly budgets are met or exceeded, with sales incentives aligned with achieving these targets.

2. Marketing Strategy:

· Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

· Utilize online sales techniques to enhance market reach and customer engagement.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.

3. Team Leadership:

· Create, Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.

· Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales organization.

4. Market Expansion:

· Drive market expansion efforts to increase the company's presence in existing and new markets.

· Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market penetration.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

6. Sales Operations:

· Oversee the sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

· Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

· Utilize cold calling, digital marketing, and online sales techniques to drive lead generation and conversion.

7. Product and Market Knowledge:

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

· Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings and market demands.

· Focus on selling technology products including Self-Service Kiosks, Payment Solutions, Odoo ERP, Software Testing, and DevOps services.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

· Proven experience (4+ years) in sales and marketing roles, in the technology sector.

· Demonstrated success in selling technology products and services, particularly Self-Service Kiosks, AI Solutions, Payment Solutions, ERP systems, Software Testing, and DevOps services.

· Strong understanding of the global market dynamics and ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven experience in cold calling, digital marketing, and online sales.

· Ability to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales budgets.

· Ability to travel as required.
