Role Description

This is a Salary Guarantee/Commission Based Role, on-site role located in Tempe, AZ for a Associate Sales Rep (MUST BE LOCATED IN AZ). Associate Sales Rep will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Daily tasks include consulting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves active communication with clients and team members to achieve sales goals and support company growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
• Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Previous experience in medical device sales or related field is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
