Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, billing issues, and general support to enhance their overall experience
- Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new products and services
- Accurately enter data into our systems, maintaining up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support client services by addressing concerns, resolving complaints, and providing tailored solutions to meet individual needs
- Manage cash handling responsibilities when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to a positive call center environment
Skills
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or promote products confidently
- Bilingual proficiency in English and other languages enhances communication with a broader clientele
- Excellent customer support skills combined with active listening and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation
- Experience in outbound calling or call center environments is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and typing skills for accurate record keeping
- Ability to communicate clearly via phone and written channels while maintaining professionalism
Requirements
- Property and Casualty License for the state of AL, or willing to acquire license prior to start date.
- Life and Health Insurance License for the state of AL, or willing to acquire license.

Pay
- This is a commission-based role with a base salary included, where your income is driven by your work ethic—through prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales. There is no cap on earnings.
