Associate Sales Representative – Role Overview:
The Associate Sales Representative (ASR) role designed for a an early-career commercial professional looking to get started in medical device sales. You will be placed within a high-performing territory, Salt Lake City, and progress through a structured 24-month development program designed to prepare participants for a future Territory Manager role. In the first year, ASRs will work closely with senior Territory Managers to support strategic sales initiatives, develop customer relationships, and gain hands-on experience in territory management. In the second year, ASRs take ownership of a defined portion of the territory with an individual sales quota, while continuing to receive ongoing mentorship and training to drive success.
This role is the first of it’s kind within the team, so they are looking for passionate professionals to join them in this new cohort of hires!
