Objective:
This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the performance of the investment portfolio within Private Equities by leading financial analysis, supporting strategic decision-making, and actively contributing to asset management and business development initiatives. The role requires a proactive approach in identifying value creation opportunities and optimizing portfolio returns.
Key Routine Tasks:

Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of portfolio companies, including financial results, operational KPIs, and market positioning.

Lead the development, maintenance, and review of advanced financial models for existing investments and new opportunities.

Prepare and present high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio performance reports to senior management.

Support and oversee portfolio companies by engaging in strategic initiatives, performance improvement plans, and value creation activities.

Identify, assess, and execute new investment opportunities, including market screening and pipeline development.

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions), and feasibility studies for potential investments.

Lead or actively participate in due diligence processes, including financial, commercial, and operational reviews.

Coordinate with external stakeholders such as bankers, advisors, auditors, and legal counsel on transaction execution and portfolio matters.

Support structuring of investments by assessing financial, legal, and tax implications in coordination with internal and external advisors.

Monitor macroeconomic and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to optimize portfolio strategy.

Contribute to exit strategies, including preparation of marketing materials, valuation analysis, and investor communication.

Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and governance standards across all portfolio activities.

Mentor junior analysts and support team development where required.

Work Experience / Knowledge:

Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment management, corporate finance, or financial advisory.

Proven experience in financial analysis, valuation, and managing investment portfolios.

Exposure to deal execution, due diligence, and transaction structuring is highly preferred..
Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or other relevant disciplines.

Professional certifications such as CFA, FMVA, or equivalent are preferred.
