Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Associate SEO & AEO who can improve our online visibility across both traditional search engines (Google, Bing) and modern AI/Answer platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok, Llama etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-page, technical, and content SEO along with an understanding of how AI-driven search and answer engines surface information.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize on-page elements including meta titles, tags, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking
• Perform technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexing, and performance issues
• Build and manage backlink strategies
• Create and optimize website and blog content strategies
• Improve brand visibility on AI/Answer platforms (AEO)
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Maintain SEO hygiene (broken links, redirects, duplicate content, cannibalization checks)
• Track rankings, traffic trends, and organic growth opportunities
• Provide monthly SEO/AEO performance reports
• Optimize content for featured snippets and voice search
• Implement structured data and schema markup
• Create FAQ-based and conversational content structures
• Work closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices

Required Skills & Qualification

• 1+ years of hands-on SEO or Digital Marketing experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and schema markup, along with hands-on experience using AI-assisted (“vibe coding”) tools to generate content and independently implement minor website updates and optimizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
