What are we looking for
This position is for candidates who are eager to build their careers in the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) domain. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about understanding how systems work, have basic coding or scripting knowledge, and are enthusiastic about cloud-native technologies.
Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Kubernetes, containers, or cloud platforms will be an added advantage. You should be comfortable learning through documentation, experimenting with tools, and solving problems logically.
Knowledge or curiosity about the following areas is a plus:
  • Deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters (on GKE, RKE, or similar platforms).
  • Understanding CI/CD pipelines used for Kubernetes deployments.
  • Familiarity with distributed storage like Rook-Ceph.
  • Basics of monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
  • Good grasp of Linux operating systems and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Awareness of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security best practices in production systems.
You’ll be mentored by experienced engineers who will guide you through real-world problem-solving, performance tuning, and system reliability practices.
What you will be learning and doing
  • Work with customers and internal teams exploring cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Prometheus, Service Mesh, and public or on-premise infrastructure.
  • Understand how to build, operate, and maintain scalable and reliable systems.
  • Learn to design and automate infrastructure using modern DevOps practices.
  • Explore open-source projects, understand their capabilities and limitations, and apply the right tools for each problem.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing systems for reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with mentors and senior engineers to solve problems through automation and innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, learning materials, and share knowledge within the team.
What we offer
  • Hands-on mentorship from senior SREs and DevOps experts.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.
  • Opportunity to learn through real-world customer projects.
  • Freedom to explore open source tools and contribute to community projects.
  • Competitive internship stipend.
  • Potential full-time opportunity as an Associate Site Reliability Engineer based on performance.
  • A culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and professional growth.
Who can apply
  • Fresh graduates or early professionals (0–2 years of experience) from Computer Science, IT, or related backgrounds.
  • Basic understanding of programming/scripting (Python, Bash, etc.) and Linux.
  • Passion for DevOps, automation, cloud computing, and open-source technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
