You should apply if you have:
• 1-2 years of proven experience in managing social media strategy, content, and performance for a consumer brand or digital-first company
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with hands-on experience in content planning and campaign execution
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights, track KPIs, and optimize for engagement and conversions
• A creative flair for storytelling and trend adaptation, especially within fitness and nutrition categories
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, performance marketing, and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns

Skills Required:
• Expertise in social media strategy, planning, and analytics
• Strong creative ideation and content briefing abilities
• Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns and performance metrics
• Ability to use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social listening platforms
• Deep understanding of content formats suited to different platforms
• Awareness of trends in the health, fitness, and nutrition space
What will you do?
• Develop and execute the overall social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
• Plan and manage the monthly content calendar across all social platforms
• Lead content ideation and ensure timely production and publishing of posts, reels, and campaigns
• Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and prepare actionable insights for growth
• Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators for brand campaigns
• Partner with design and content teams to ensure all assets are on-brand and visually consistent
• Keep the brand ahead of the curve by spotting trends and adapting them creatively
• Monitor competition and industry best practices to enhance Nutrabay’s digital footprint
Work Experience:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably within a D2C, FMCG, or lifestyle brand
Working days: Monday - Friday
Location: Magnum Global Park, Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
