POSITION OVERVIEW
Primary responsibilities of the Associate, Software and Implementation will include support of remote users of RealPage/Onesite and all on site property operations systems. This role will configure, troubleshoot, update, test, and enhance the software tools necessary to effectively support the company. The Associate, Software and Implementation will assist in a successful completion of the data migration process for all newly acquired properties and/or properties in transition. This person must have the experience and knowledge to manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, and communicate effectively with a diverse group of project members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain an internal ticketing system by completing site requests internally in a timely manner, delegating tickets to appropriate departments within Birge and Held for additional needs, or escalating to RealPage Platinum Support while maintaining Birge and Held policy and process.

Assist in the maintenance of the SOP by adding, deleting, or modifying policies as changes occur to ensure accuracy of information.

Trouble and repair software related issues while escalating hardware related issues to Birge and Held IT solutions (Sondhi Solutions).

Assist the assigned Training Specialist to complete post migration items and troubleshoot errors during post migration true-up to ensure site accuracy

Assist and implement post-closing Utility Expense Management and Resident Billing.

Troubleshoot user access errors.

Implement new client solutions applicable to Birge and Held as they come available from current or future software providers.

Create a streamline approach to communicate software/system related changes or upgrades to all Birge and Held employees.

Education, Experience and Skills

Ability to partner with senior leadership and property management teams in the execution of time sensitive data migrations

Must have at least 1 year of OneSite experience

Bachelors Degree, or equivalent experience required

At least 1 year of experience in Property Management industry
