Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI solutions using large language models.
• Develop AI-driven applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies.
• Enhance AI capabilities through innovative solutions.
• Manage LLM cost and optimize performance.
• Conduct LLM evaluation and monitoring.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise and regulatory standards.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to deliver AI projects.

Job Requirement:

• Mtech, MCA, Btech, BE, ME degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• 6-9 years of experience in AI development and implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Building or contributing to agent-based AI workflows.
• Understanding of prompt design, structured outputs, tool/function calling.
• Familiarity with RAG and vector search concepts.
• Experience with API integration, databases, and backend services.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno or similar.
• Exposure to multi-agent systems.
• Experience with LLM evaluation, monitoring, or guardrails.
• Understanding of LLM cost management and optimization.
• Experience in enterprise or regulated environments.
• Client-facing or stakeholder interaction experience.
