Associate Software Engineer (AI Engineer)
Location:
Dallas, TX
Job Summary:
Supports the development, deployment, and operation of AI/ML-powered systems in a cloud-native environment, focusing on operationalizing modern AI systems through software engineering, automation, observability, and lifecycle management.

Modifies software to address issues.

Develops small enhancements.

Participates in testing and validation.

Contributes to AI platform reliability.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

0–3 years of professional experience.

Proficiency in Python.

Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Strong working knowledge of SQL.

Experience with LLM prompt engineering.

Understanding of CI/CD and infrastructure automation concepts.

Experience with version control and collaborative development practices.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience working with MCP servers.

Experience building Agent-to-Agent workflows.

Exposure to deploying or operating LLMs.

Familiarity with ML Ops practices.

Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures.

Knowledge of observability and reliability best practices.
Compensation
Dallas, TX (United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI):
$80,000 - $120,000 USD / Annual
