Associate Software Engineer – LLM Trainee (AI)

About the Role

Hubble42 is seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our AI training team as Associate Software Engineers (LLM Trainees).
This role is ideal for those who have a strong foundation in Python and are eager to explore cutting-edge technologies in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, testing, and optimizing AI and LLM-based applications.
• Work with large datasets and contribute to model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to improve system performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, or AI fundamentals
• Familiarity with Bash scripting (a plus)
• Good understanding of software development principles and version control (e.g., Git)
