Associate SQA Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated Associate SQA Engineer who is passionate about quality, testing, and delivering smooth, bug-free software. You will work closely with our development team to validate features, report issues, and help maintain high-quality standards across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Test web and mobile apps manually to ensure proper functionality, usability, and performance
• Write clear and detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test reports
• Validate UI/UX alignment with product requirements
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello
• Perform regression testing on new releases
• Collaborate with developers to ensure timely bug fixes
• Verify API responses using Postman or similar tools
• Participate in sprint planning, QA discussions, and release cycles
• Ensure applications meet business, technical, and security standards

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of manual testing concepts
• Ability to write and execute test cases
• Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman preferred)
• Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle
• Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to think from the end-user perspective
• Clear and structured communication skills
