Tasks

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate SQA Engineer to spearhead our QA efforts and ensure the delivery of exceptional software products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in software quality assurance and a passion for driving continuous improvement in the SQA process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review product requirements and provide early feedback on potential quality risks.


• Write detailed, well-structured, test cases.


• Perform regression, smoke, integration, and exploratory testing across web and API layers.


• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and support post-release testing.


• Own the quality metrics for your team and ensure traceability from requirements to defects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 1+ years of QA experience.


• Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman.


• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and release cycles.


• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).


• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have:

· Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

· ISTQB or other SQA certifications.
